Corporate Finance Manager (Data Centre Business)

Location:
Sydney or Melbourne

We're partnering with a leading data centre business seeking a Manager to join their Corporate Finance team. In this role, you'll shape capital strategy, drive investment decisions, and boost portfolio performance through high-impact financial and strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and design the corporate financial model, working closely with senior leadership and personnel from a range of business units to ensure the model captures an up-to-date view of the business' activities.
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models for existing assets and provide insightful analysis of historic and future performance.
  • Provide technical analysis to support investment committee papers, business cases, and portfolio reviews.
  • Prepare investment approval papers for the board and shareholders.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to analyse capital allocation opportunities, refinancing options, and balance sheet optimisation.
  • Assist in managing the organisation's asset valuation policy, helping to ensure best practice in financial modelling and governance.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support due diligence, financial planning, and decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years working in investment banking, M&A, funds management, corporate development and/or strategy with a focus on the infrastructure or renewable energy industry.
  • Deep 3-way financial modelling expertise with an ability to work within large infrastructure cash flow models and associated investment management principles (IRRs, NPVs, valuation techniques).
  • Tertiary qualified (finance, business, economics, engineering or science).
  • Attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work with a range of internal stakeholders.
  • Australian citizenship is a requirement.
