ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Analyst to inform and influence decision making at an Executive level by conducting analysis, highlighting risks and providing recommendations.

As the Corporate Finance Analyst you will be supporting the organisation's strategic financial goals by analysing financial data, evaluating business performance, developing forecasts and performance metrics and supporting investment and capital allocation decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyse financial performance and risks, identify variances and potential issues, and provide mitigation strategies
  • Maintain and update the 20-year corporate financial model to support long-term strategic planning
  • Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and predictive financial analysis (e.g. cash flow, stress testing) to support strategic planning, operational decision-making, and investment evaluation
  • Conduct benchmarking, cost modelling, and value-for-money assessments to identify optimisation opportunities and support growth
  • Provide financial modelling and insights to inform operations, identify business opportunities, and support cost-effective and sustainable decision-making
  • Develop and report on corporate performance metrics to track progress and inform decisions
  • Analyse financial activities in SPVs, including risk analysis and compliance with funding agreements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Postgraduate or finance certifications (e.g. CFA, CA, CPA)
  • 2–5 years experience in corporate finance, FP&A, M&A, consulting, or project finance
  • Awareness of compliance frameworks, funding processes and growth strategy
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI (desirable)
