**What your day might look like with us**:
We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Analyst to join our growing Corporate Finance team.
Joining this specialist team as an experienced Analyst, will see you gaining exposure to a broad range of corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, valuations, research, transaction services and due diligence, through to financial modelling and strategic advisory matters.
You’ll be joining a collaborative and social team, who will support your continued learning and development and ensure you achieve your future career goals within the corporate finance space.
**What makes you 'just right' for this role**:
Relevant accounting, commerce or finance degree, ideally studying toward CA qualifications
2+ years’ experience in in a similar role, or experience in valuations and looking for a broader role
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret both financial and non-financial data
Experience with excel, with financial modelling experience highly regarded
Strong team focus and interpersonal skills
Willingness to make suggestions and ‘think outside the box’
