Simply Seated are at the forefront of event design, offering bespoke styling services and an expansive hire collection which is always ahead of the style curve.
We design and style events both big and small, from private celebrations, to weddings, corporate functions, gala dinners, brand activations and sporting events.
The Conference and Event Organiser position is responsible for the sales and management of private and corporate events. The position requires the consultation, planning, liaising and management of various events across different client groups and industries. The role requires strong communication skills with both external clients and colleagues, in the timely and accurate management of all logistics, operational and scheduling activities. The duties outlined in this position description may vary from time to time depending on the evolving needs of the business.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of (or Assist in the management of) event sales
- Completing all invoicing and providing accurate quotes as required
- Following up quotes, sales and payments in a timely manner
- Remaining up to date with all inventory and services whilst maintaining an understanding of the Simply Seated business
- Communicating delivery details to operations staff/drivers
- Scheduling operational activities to ensure a smooth bump in and bump out
- Working closely with co-workers to ensure proper customer care
- Maintaining accurate records and monitoring sales reports
- Gathering operational and delivery details from client prior to the schedule delivery
- Liaising between warehouse staff and internal staff BEHAVIOURAL ATTRITUBES:

POSITION DESCRIPTION | Event Coordinator

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
