About the Role

As the Inventory Controller, you’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring the right items are available, in the right condition, at the right time. You’ll work closely with the warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to keep everything flowing seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock records using inventory software
- Coordinate regular stocktakes and cycle counts
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Assist with inbound and outbound stock processing
- Ensure items are correctly labelled, stored, and rotated
- Report damaged, missing, or low-stock items
- Work collaboratively with warehouse pickers/packers and the logistics team

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse coordination
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with inventory systems or warehouse software
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit - some manual handling involved
- Forklift license (preferred but not essential)

Pay: $55,028.26 - $85,940.04 per year
