- Maintaining accurate forecasting and driving delivery of risk performance scorecard metrics. This includes identifying opportunities and headwinds, as well as influencing forward work-program to drive positive outcomes for the business.
- Assisting to identify and assess risks for the Personal Everyday Banking sub-division, as well as leading oversight on key risks across the broader Personal Bank Division Risk Profile.
- Leading ongoing risk management and uplift of priority risk themes, such as Financial Crime and Fraud.
- Delivering deep dive analysis into emerging risk themes, including root cause of operational risk events.
- Completing compliance obligation assessments
- Assisting on regulatory response and regulatory engagement matters
- Supporting the Head of Divisional Controls with Sub-Divisional level Risk Management Forums and/or other risk related committees as required

**What you will bring**
- 5+ years experience in compliance, risk management and controls - passionate about taking a leading role in driving the NAB controls transformation agenda
- Strong forward planning and project management skills, noting most deliverables will require collaboration with others to deliver.
- Self-driven, with the ability to work both autonomously as well as collaboratively to deliver results as a team.
- Excellent ability to build relationships and influence a variety of stakeholders, including senior leaders. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are a must.
- Strategic, resilient and resourceful
