**In this Associate Director role, you will**:

- Provide advice and insight to support in identifying and managing risk and response to events that impact our customers and other stakeholders.
- Identify root causes of issues, develop, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Contribute to the reduction of errors that result in losses for NAB or our clients and look for ways to continuously improve our processes.

**What you will bring**:

- Proven experience in a Payments Management and Risk Management, preferably with a strong background in applicable payment services, Fraud or Financial Crime.
- An investigative mindset to explore complex issues and deliver timely advice.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Strong curiosity in solving problems.
