We currently have an entry-level traineeship available at our Kew branch within our Lending Service Team. Our traineeships are full time for 12 months and provide a great opportunity for individuals who have limited work experience and have not undertaken study since finishing school.

**What you will be doing**
- Develop and refine your customer service skills (interpersonal, verbal and written)
- Improve your administration, time management and problem solving skills
- Gain a good working knowledge and understanding of banking practices, policies and processes
- Build a solid foundational understanding of the banking sector
- Learn new systems and banking processes
- Be part of and experience a professional work environment
- Complete the Financial Services Reform Act (FSRA Tier 2) certification, enabling you to establish client relationships and analyse needs, negotiate client solutions, general and personal advice on general insurance
- Complete the Certificate III in Financial Services.

A salary will be paid in accordance with the Banking, Finance and Insurance Award 2020.
