**Requirements**:
**About the Role**
As a New Market Support Specialist you will be responsible for consistently delivering an incredible customer experience by being a specialist point of contact for Compass customers who have questions, queries or issues surrounding the Compass platform.
You will also:
- Be proactive in your approach to solving customer problems and complaints.
- Ensure your Compass knowledge is up to date and thorough.
- Impart product knowledge around the Compass platform improving schools’ ability to use the software.
- Log and monitor tickets, ensuring team SLAs are met.
- Ensure customer communication is consistent and the advice you provide is up to date and accurate.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure you are aware of announcements regarding product updates, information from the Department of Education and general Compass news.
- Escalate customer enquiries to the appropriate team, giving customers regular updates on the status of their issue.
- Ad-Hoc tasks as directed by your manager.
