**Assistant Baker - Loveit Cakes Christmas casual**

**Loveit Cakes** is looking for an enthusiastic **Assistant Baker** to join our team as a Christmas casual

We take pride in crafting delicious, beautiful cakes and sweet treats for every customer who walks through our doors. We are looking for an assistant baker in November and December to help with the Christmas rush. The position is casual and we require flexibility.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and on-time order delivery.
- Bake cakes, cupcakes, biscuits, and other desserts.
- Prepare curds, buttercreams, and fillings.
- Line, fill, and de-pan cake tins.
- Store, label, and date baked goods and fillings properly.
- Assist in preparing weekly orders and other bakery tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace — including washing dishes and keeping surfaces spotless.
- Check stock levels and help with inventory management.
- Keep fridge and freezer areas neat and orderly.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
