Join our Global dynamic team as an Internal Communications Coordinator and play a pivotal role in driving engagement among staff and parents at OneSchool Global. What You'll be doing In this newly created role, you'll implement our global internal communications strategy, increasing engagement through diverse channels. As a proactive communicator, you'll manage our intranet, create captivating content, and engage stakeholders across the globe. You'll also have the exciting opportunity to optimise and standardise our internal communication channels through governance and templates, supporting OSG's "Ways of Working" Strategic Pillar. You’ll align communications across multiple levels of our organisation and make a lasting impact. What You'll bring - You’re someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field. - Relevant experience in a broad communications role in a matrixed organisation. - You’re a relationship builder, with outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills, ready to gain the trust of strategic stakeholders. - You’re genuinely passionate about co-developing and executing communications strategies that have the power to motivate and inspire a target audience. - You’re a pro with O365, including SharePoint and PowerPoint, and you know your way around MS Teams. You're either experienced in in Canva or eager to learn new design tools and platforms. - You’re a team player who can work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, spread across different time zones. - You’re someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can juggle multiple, often conflicting, priorities with ease.
