**About the role**
As part of the ERP Change Team, you will manage the change activities across one of the projects within an exciting ERP Transformation program.
Your project will have a high degree of people, system and process change; impacting people at all levels of the business.
You will be responsible for creating and executing Change Management Plans that are fit for purpose for the project and its stakeholders and that will ultimately drive and encourage adoption.
Some of the key activities will include development of impact assessments; defining success and measuring people readiness; running workshops; actively engaging with stakeholders (digital channels and face to face); and building communication and training artefacts.
**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Previous experience in a Change Management role planning and delivering change initiatives to a mix of stakeholders; preferably on an ERP project.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build relationships across the business.
- Good communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- A true team player who can work collaboratively with the Change Team, Project Team and impacted business teams to facilitate outcomes.
- Certification or experience in Change Management methodologies (e.g Prosci) would be advantageous.
