Co-Ground currently have opportunities for casual Baristas/Café All Rounders to join talented team of hospitality pros We have two cafes, multiple in-office coffee carts, and run coffee and bar events all around Melbourne We want to work with great people, so we're happy to work with you on exactly how you'd like to be involved with Co-Ground and which sites work best for you and your schedule.

We're a social enterprise serving up great coffee, food and events all around Melbourne. We're excited about delivering an amazing experience to our customers as well as serving a high quality product that we can be proud of.

We're a Not for Profit, so all of the profits from our operations go towards health, education and community development projects in the Asia Pacific, and here in Melbourne. You'll be part of a passionate team that cares about making the world a better place.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Barista / Cafe all rounder experience in a busy cafe is a must
- Have, or can obtain, a Working With Children's Check & Police Check
- Bar experience and RSA preferred, but not essential
- Possess great communication skills
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Be a positive part of a small team
- Assist in setup, service, pack up, and general cafe cleaning duties
- Develop and maintain great relationships with customers
- Understand & Communicate Co-Ground's social enterprise message to clients and staff
