We are an artisan bakery that has grown into a successful business producing bread and pastry products, from scratch, using traditional methods. Beginning before 1825 in France and has continued in Australia by our 5th generation European Master Baker.

Noisette Bakery make products of the highest quality and supply wholesale customers across the Melbourne region.

We are now looking for casual experienced Barista/Cafe All-rounder to join our flag ship cafe in Port Melbourne.

**Duties include but not limited**:
General café duties including preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and breads to assist in the smooth running and operation of the café. This includes being part of the team that is responsible for daily operations of the cafe; helping to maintain a clean and well-organised workspace; following the directions of management and adhering to the companies’ guidelines. And most importantly, providing extraordinary customer service to all our great customers. Preparing and serving a variety of Inglewood coffee beverages.

**Shift hours are between**:
Monday to Friday - 6:00am to 6:00pm

Saturday and Sunday - 6:00am to 5:00pm

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year cafe experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Baristas must have local experience and ability to adjust dosage and grind. Medium level latte art is a must.
