Co-Ground currently have an opening for a casual Barista/Café All Rounder to join us at our social enterprise café in Lifeblood, West Melbourne The role is 4 days a week (approx. 20 - 25) with no weekend work required We're looking someone who wants to grow and develop their skills with Co-Ground and become a cornerstone of our social enterprise café.

We're a social enterprise serving up great coffee, food and events all around Melbourne. We're excited about delivering an amazing experience to our customers as well as serving a high quality product that we can be proud of.

We're a Not for Profit, so all of the profits from our operations go towards health, education and community development projects in the Asia Pacific, and here in Melbourne. You'll be part of a passionate team that cares about making the world a better place.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Barista / Cafe all rounder experience in a busy cafe is a must
- Have, or can obtain, a Working With Children's Check & Police Check
- RSA preferred, but not essential
- Possess great communication skills
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia
- Able to work with Co-Ground for more than 6 months

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Be a positive part of a small team
- Assist in setup, service, pack up, and general café cleaning duties
- Develop and maintain great relationships with customers
- Understand & Communicate Co-Ground's social enterprise message to clients and staff
