Hey there, If you have a passion for crafting the perfect cup and enjoy leading a great team, we’d love to meet you Our cozy café is on the lookout for a friendly and skilled Barista to help us create wonderful experiences for our customers.

**Position**: Barista / All Rounder
**Location**: South Melbourne
**Type**: Part-time / Casual

**Requirement: minimum 1 year experience**

**What You'll Do**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
- Ensure the coffee machine and equipment are cleaned and maintained
- Handle customer orders and requests efficiently and professionally
- Keep the coffee station organized and well-stocked
- Get creative with seasonal drinks and menu items that will delight our customers.
- Engage with our wonderful guests, making every visit special

**Who You Are**:

- You have experience as a barista and Front of house staff in a café and love coffee as much as we do.
- You’re knowledgeable about brewing techniques and specialty drinks.
- You have great communication skills, with a warm and friendly vibe.
- You thrive in a busy environment and can juggle tasks with a smile.
- You genuinely enjoy providing excellent customer service.
