**Your new company**

One of the Big 4 Banks is looking for a Project Scheduler to join a high-profile program focused on transforming and enhancing its operations, particularly in the area of Unsecured Lending. They're building a new platform that will enable the bank to deliver innovative and seamless financial solutions to its customers.

**Your new role**

As a Project Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in defining and managing release schedules, optimising workflow, and tracking progress against plans. Your exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Other responsibilities will include:

- Defining and managing the release schedule, including gathering inputs from Capability Leads, Product Owners, and Project Managers to ensure optimised workflow across Progressive Elaboration and tracking of progress against the plan
- Maintaining an integrated plan across the organisation.
- Implementing change control processes.
- Managing end-to-end schedule management across 11 streams.
- Monitoring and managing dependencies across multiple streams, closely tracking impacts on the schedule.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or Project Coordinator in high-profile programs across Financial Services
- Experience in project scheduling, including dependency management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Project Plan, Clarity, and Rally.
