Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations & Delivery Travel Consultant located in South Melbourne, VIC. The Operations & Delivery Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, coordinating reservations, and delivering tailored travel solutions to clients. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and ensure a seamless travel experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
  • Customer Service and Reservations skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented for producing perfect travel documents
  • Ability to work on-site in South Melbourne, VIC with 1 day WFH after probation period
  • Experience in the travel industry is must
  • Proficiency in using travel booking software and platforms
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergency situations effectively
