Are you passionate about empowering people with disability to live their best lives? Healthscope Independence Services is seeking a dedicated **Service Manager** to lead two unique services: a modern SDA apartment block in **Box Hill** and a female-only SIL house in **Glenroy**.

**About the Role**

As Service Manager, you will:

- Lead and mentor a team delivering person-centred care.
- Oversee service delivery, including staffing, quality, risk, and budgeting.
- Foster a culture of growth, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with health professionals to promote holistic care.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in coaching and developing staff teams
- Strong resource management and stakeholder engagement skills
- High integrity, reliability, and time management
- Understanding of SDA and concierge service models (desirable)
- Qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or Allied Health (desirable)
