About us
The Corrections and Justice Services (CJS) group, comprising Corrections Victoria, Justice Health and Justice Services, plays an integral role in developing safer and more resilient communities and in delivering a trusted justice and community safety system.
As part of the CJS group, Dame Phyllis Frost Centre is a 568-bed medium to maximum-security facility for female offenders located within the West Metropolitan Region, Department of Justice and Community Safety.
About the role
The role of the Facilities Maintenance Support Officer is to provide administrative and coordination support to the facilities manager and team of the facility. The role will work within a multidisciplinary team and is required to be well organised to assist in the coordination of general routine or scheduled maintenance and work on several infrastructure projects as required.

**In this role, you will**:

- assist in coordinating facility maintenance projects to ensure the facility is maintained in an operational condition
- conduct audit maintenance records and regular inspections to ensure service delivery is of high quality and compliant with contractual obligations
- develop and maintain defect liability and warranty documentation.
