**About **The Clinic**

Vet Happiness has become an icon of gold standard veterinary care in Redland Bay region. The team pride themselves on pet wellness of small animals, genuine client relationships and a relaxed collaborative culture. Our team are dedicated professionals who aim to provide comprehensive and compassionate veterinary services.

To support our cases, we’re equipped with an in-house IDEXX laboratory, full digital x-ray and ultrasound, dental x-ray, surgical theatre and monitoring equipment, separate dog and cat wards and a nice garden for puppy pre-school or lunch in the sunshine.

**About The Role**
- Qualified Vet Nurse who still enjoys nursing and mentoring
- Working four days per week, no weekends or after hours
- Gets excited about data and clinic growth, enjoys marketing and social media activities
- Is committed to continuous education opportunities for themselves and their team
- Brings a transparent leadership style focused on collaboration and engagement

**About You**
- Holds experience in a practice manager or senior vet nurse position
- Minimum of 3 years vet nursing experience preferred
- Strives for high standards of service excellence and clinical care
- Experience with practice management systems or appointment book management skills and are computer confident - we use RxWorks and Vetstoria
- Good time-management and communication with strong problem solving skills
- A genuine, warm and supportive style that enjoys caring for people who care for animals
