Exciting new opportunity for Front of house Administrator in centrally located Corporate business.

**Your new company**
This ASX listed energy company operates from a state of the art office in the Adelaide CBD. A rare opportunity exists for a Corporate Front Desk Administrator to join their high performing team that has mínimal staff turnover. Over the years this organisation has experienced success through participating in extensive, long term project work and through supplying their product into a premium client portfolio. This position requires Full Time hours and would start off Temporary with the intention of being made Permanent after approximately 3 months.

**Your new role**
Your new role as Front Desk Administrator is an integral position to ensure smooth functionality and promote continuous growth for the business. You must have previous Admin experience in Corporate environments and be able to work independently. You will be responsible for and includes duties not limited to:

- Meet and Greet building visitors in professional manner
- Organise and assist with catering for meetings & staff activities
- Order and ensure adequate stock of office and stationary supplies
- Register building access passes
- Document and Data management
- Create purchase orders and receipt invoices in SAP
- Order PPE as required
- Conduct new staff inductions to office environment
- Maintain a tidy office environment including kitchen and foyer area
- Coordinate membership tickets and restaurant bookings

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to following experience and skills:

- Previous Administration experience in a corporate environment
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
- Previous experience with SAP is advantageous
- Professional workplace appearance
