**About the role**
We are currently seeking an experienced
**Service Manager** to lead our Daimler Trucks Huntingwood service team (approx. 70 plus team members). Reporting into the NSW General Manager - Service, this position will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the service department and delivering a high level of service to our customers. You will deliver this by building and maintaining a safe and cohesive work environment, driving streamlined and customer focused processes and building employee capability through providing training and support.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Establishing and driving performance improvement to achieve the service proficiency targets and customer satisfaction measures
- Collaborating with other departments to build and manage strong customer relationships
- Leading a strong department team culture
- Process improvement
- Managing the safety program within the department and ensuring all required safety activities take place

**The successful applicant will have**:

- An extensive track record of top service department performance
- Strong leadership experience in building a positive team culture

- A high level of personal commitment to safety and compliance with safety requirements
- Superb interpersonal skills, particularly in motivating teams and creating a positive working environment
