**RMS Territory Manager**

Join Our Team as a RMS (Retail Merchandising Services) Territory Manager

**As a Territory Manager, you will**:
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Negotiate RMS terms with retailers, ensuring service levels and frequencies meet their specific needs.
- Develop and manage relationship with retailers, including multi-store and single store owners
- Drive sales through the retail network, ensuring suitable product ranges and utilising category insights
- Adapt Space Planning planograms to optimize space, demographics, and fixtures in each retailer’s store
- Align category service levels and priorities with vendor income, maximizing opportunities for both parties.
- Train, coach, and mentor a team of causal merchandisers, ensuring efficiency and excellence

**What You’ll bring**:

- Previous industry experience in the FMCG environment
- Demonstrated success in influencing and negotiating with key stakeholders
- Experience working to deadlines and managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with key stakeholders
- A customer-centric mindset and the ability to deliver exceptional service.
