**A Day in the Life
**Located onsite in our Huntingwood Depot, the Service Coordinator will ensure that the service function is running smoothly and customers’ needs are achieved. This role will involve a range of activities including administration support, customer service and job scheduling.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Providing administrative support for the service function.
- Coordinating Preventative Maintenance Scheduling.
- Following up outstanding quotes with customers.
- Assist in managing equipment loan pool, in following up outstanding loans.
- Providing a key contact to customers for all service related customer calls.

**Must Haves
- Sales Experience
- Excellent customer service experience
- SalesForce - ServiceMax - highly desirable but not essential - on the job training will be provided
- SAP knowledge - highly desirable but not essential - on the job training will be provided
- Previous experience scheduling and prioritising work - desirable
- A proactive and self-starting attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent time Management
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- Manual handling is involved.
