As a Sales Manager at Ksubi, success truly relies in growing the distribution and sales of our brand. To achieve this growth, you will need to form relationships with buyers, divisional upper management and have a complete understanding of the denim and fashion market, current accounts, and our brands performance within, as well as find new opportunities in line with each brands distribution strategy.
**A Day in the Life**
- In regular contact with internal and external stakeholders to autonomously manage AU majors and retail specialty partnerships
- Up to date with operations and finance teams to ensure deliveries and payments to ensure seamless account heath
- In store to support our specialty accounts; locally, regionally, and occasionally nationally
- Hosting a busy schedule of appointments, both in person and remotely, during our quarterly market campaigns and are diligently chasing orders before seasonal deadline
- Implementing a strategic account acquisition plan, focused on quality brand adjacencies and regional distribution opportunities
- Well versed in the denim landscape, understand arising trends, customer patterns and the wider retail landscape
- Deep dive into reports to best shape your understanding of your accounts
This is you if you have
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within the fashion industry
- Proven track record in delivering results against sales budgets
- Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
- Advanced level in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Clear and concise communication skills
- A problem solver, efficient and highly organised
- NuORDER and AP21 experience is highly regarded
