**About role**
We're looking for a hands-on, resilient Sales Manager to lead our Devices Division, focused on end-user computing. You’ll need to be commercially sharp, comfortable navigating internal and external personalities, and ready to take ownership of a fast-moving and evolving business unit. You’ll be expected to lead from the front, bring structure to the team, and proactively drive performance across partners and internal stakeholders.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Own the sales performance of the Devices business — including revenue, margin, and pipeline
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team; support through change and transition
- Build deep relationships with Microsoft, HP, and other vendor stakeholders
- Drive sales cadence, accurate forecasting, and performance accountability
- Navigate internal complexity and manage strong personalities across the business
- Champion a proactive, face-to-face engagement model with key customers and partners
- Work with internal ops, finance, and marketing teams to remove roadblocks and deliver outcomes
**Role Expectations**
- Strong understanding of end-user computing sales cycles (notebooks, desktops, etc.)
- Direct experience with HP and Microsoft business models and vendor processes
- Resilience
- Being comfortable managing competing priorities and constant change
- Strong leadership - someone who takes accountability and drives team results
- Analytical and structured in thinking; makes smart, strategic decisions
- Confident communicator who can influence across levels and manage stakeholder tension
- Experience building or stabilising a team through change (change leadership a plus)
- Ability to work through ambiguity and make things happen.
