We currently have a new opportunity for Partnerships Marketing Manager to Join out team here at API The Partnerships Marketing Manager is accountable for driving direct growth to the Digital & Data P&L through commercial partnerships that support our Loyalty Program.

**The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to**:

- Operationalise and execute the partnerships component of the Digital & Data Strategy resulting in growth of the Digital & Data P&L (including marketing plan and activities, business reviews, connecting with procurement, legal and finance, rate cards, contract reviews)
- In addition to the strategy, research business opportunities, viable income streams and develop and present business proposals.
- Engagement with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial contractual agreements are established with loyalty partners
- Ensure the timely and effective delivery of the partnership’s component of the rewards & loyalty program which builds a mutually beneficial long-term relationship with our customers/partners, while recruiting new customers/partners
- Build new, expand, and exploit existing digital for sources of revenue
- Boldly challenge the status quo and provide digital thought leadership to API leaders and executives
- Manage and retain relationships with existing partners, fostering, and developing the relationship
- Build cross-functional relationships to build the rewards program so it spans all API brands (incl. eCommerce, Clear Skincare Clinics, B2B, Banner Brands).

- Minimum 5 years’ partnership marketing experience. Loyalty and/or data commercialisation experience desired.
- Project management experience, with the demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects while working under pressure
- Solving problems | Demonstrated ability to use data, knowledge and experience to identify problems potentially impacting teams or programs and proactively develop and implement effective solutions.
- Managing change | Demonstrated capability to lead, support and manage change within teams. Understanding the impact on the team and taking ownership for implementation of change.
- Communicating | Demonstrated capability to communicate clearly and concisely ensuring messages are understood by all within the team using a range of communication techniques. Ability to express ideas clearly, listen effectively and provide feedback constructively.
- Innovating and improving | Demonstrated capability to lead continuous improvement activities and encourage team members to identify ineffective

**Education**:

- Tertiary qualification (Business, Finance, or related field)
- Processes and contribute to new ideas and ways of working.
