The opportunity

With a commercial and strategic focus, the Head of Infrastructure Services works closely within the IT landscape and a variety of internal and external stakeholders to deliver Infrastructure, Network and Telephony Services. The services and work may be of a project, acquisition or divestiture or of a business operations nature. The role will be responsible for leading our strategy in a mixed cloud and on-premises landscape.

The Head of Infrastructure & Networks will be responsible for maintaining the seamless operations of services ensuring that extremely high levels of uptime are maintained.  They will manage their services to ensure availability and service levels meet organisational needs; regularly review standards to ensure they are still relevant to evolving business requirements and develop a high performing team.

Leveraging Regis teams, resources and systems, success will be built upon a customer and commercial focus, strong internal relationships, and the ability to effectively manage, prioritise and optimise.

In this role, you will drive the strategic delivery of infrastructure, network, and telephony services ensuring seamless operations, high availability, and scalable solutions that support Regis' mission to provide exceptional care across Australia.

What you will bring to the role

  • Experience managing both on-premise and cloud environments
  • Health and/or aged care experience as a senior leader (desirable but not essential)
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, with entrepreneurial ability particular within a services environment
  • Demonstrated domain expertise in IT infrastructure, data, networks and telephony
  • ASX listed experience (advantageous)
  • Proven ability to contribute to the senior leadership team;
  • Experience in delivering outcomes across a geographically spread business and in a matrix environment
  • Experience working with all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to develop and analyse options for technology and service development while supporting business growth
  • Proven ability to implement change to achieve desired results and lead service assessment, planning and implementation
  • Knowledge of the application of Federal, State and Local Government Regulations, Statutes, Acts as they pertain to all aspects of operating within the technology domain and healthcare sector (advantageous)
  • Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
