We also provide Allied Healthcare via telehealth to NDIS Participants including Counselling, Psychology, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology and Mental Health Social Work.

**About the role**

We are seeking an organised and self-motivated Payroll Officer to join our team in this newly created role.

In this role you will assist the Finance team with various Payroll tasks, as well as assisting our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams with ad hoc duties as required. This will be a great position for someone who has Payroll experience and would like exposure to various bookkeeping and accounting functions.

This part-time role reports to the Accounts Manager and will be based in the office in Dingley.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide overall administrative and transactional support to the Finance team
- Resolve payroll errors and queries
- Calculate payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions
- Collect, calculate, and enter data to maintain and update payroll information
- Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
- Provide administrative assistance to accounts receivable and payable
- Assisting in general financial records management and analysis

**About You**
- 2-3 years of experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role
- Experience with completing a payroll with a minimum of 50 people to process
- Experience in business administration, finance, or accounting
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong team player with solid communication skills.
- High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
