You will be a confident and experienced accounts professional capable of working in a fast-paced and flexible environment. You draw on your experience to proactively process your daily tasks and priorities. You will have to focus on high quality, timely outcomes and be able to work independently as well as a part of a team.

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Ensuring the credit card facility is managed within the scope of APM’s Credit Card Policy and requirements
- Supporting Credit Card Holders and stakeholders by supplying reports and managing queries
- Supporting Credit Card Holders with their coding and card reconciliations
- Maintain database of credit card facilities
- ExpenseMe Pro management for credit cards and expense claims/reimbursements
- Foster good relationships with internal departments and credit card holders

**About you**
- High level of computer literacy with ability to engage with multiple platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Intermediate Excel skills; VLOOKUPS & pivot tables a must.
- Experience as an Accounts Clerk, Account Coordinator or similar administrative role
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Attention to detail, accuracy and capacity to problem solve
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, and independently to self-manage and meet deadlines

**Desirable**:

- Experience with SAP
- Experience using multiple software packages
- Experience in Customer Service
