We are leading Construction Equipment Manufacturer known for our high-end construction equipment and a strong market presence in sydney. We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Support the maintenance and growth of relationships with existing clients, contributing to increased client retention.
- Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media under guidance, in line with the company’s strategic goals.
- Conduct needs analyses to understand client requirements, supporting the creation of tailored presentations and proposals.
- Participate in negotiations and the closing of agreements under supervision, focusing on maximizing profits while meeting client needs.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors' actions, assisting in adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support sales strategies for various products.
- Represent the company at local industry events and trade shows, assisting in sales meetings with potential clients.
- Prepare sales reports and updates for review by upper management.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction industry or a related field.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin Speaking.
- Strong capability to focus on product quality over price, employing a strategic approach to sales.
- Strong dedication to a solutions-based sales methodology is essential.
- Commitment to deliver exceptional customer service, consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
