We currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Administration Officers to join this growing business in South Australia.

As the Administration Support Officer, you will be an key member of the team, who will support the wider business units. The position is fast paced and you will be required to manage multiple and conflicting priorities, work within time frames and deadlines with high accuracy. You will be given the opportunity to work on a vast variety of tasks and have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Proof read and format documents
- Update client database
- Accounts administration (Purchase Orders, invoicing, reconciliations, etc)
- Data entry
- General administrative tasks

**Skills and experience**
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service, hospitality, retail or reception positions
- Sound knowledge in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
- Reliable work ethic and the ability to follow through in daily tasks
- Proactive, motivated and switched on nature
- Strong oral and written communication skills
