**Your new company**
This State Government Department is an independent statutory authority that regulates the teaching profession to maintain a registrations system and maintain professional standards. The Registrations Unit are seeking Administration Officers to join the team to provide temporary support.
**Your new role**
Working as a team member, you will delivery of high level of administrative functions in accordance to strict government processes. Your tasks will be varied within this role but may include the following:
- Reviewing and sorting highly confidential documentation for processing
- Accurate inputting of data and ensuring they are met to the standard
- Supporting the team manager across a range of operations including research/projects
- Contributing to delivery and maintaining efficient work practices within the team.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience working as an Administration officer, ideally within government
- Effective and professional communication across written and verbal means.
- The ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders including the public
- The ability to work to strict deadlines, with proven ability to identify and analyse information and customer needs
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics is highly desired but not mandatory
