**ABOUT OUR CLIENT**

Our client is a leading not-for-profit organisation who offer a wide range of emotional and practical support, from allied health, employment services and NDIS services to expert advice, wellbeing programs and peer support.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As People & Culture Generalist Advisor, you will support the Executive Manager People and Culture in the delivery of end-to-end HR services and initiatives, including recruitment, retention, and development of staff, and contribute to creating an organisation that aligns, engages, and enables their people.

This role is a 3 month contract with the possibility to extend for 6 months.

**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Provide advice to P&C clients in relation to recruitment and selection and employee relations issues;
- Manage recruitment processes;
- Manage the administration of P&C systems (HRIS, LMS) in conjunction with Payroll, IT and business users;
- Provide reports and insights based on data and analytics, including employee surveys, to support design and evaluation of people;
- Contribute to strategic people & culture and BAU work.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Possess a diploma or degree in Human Resource Management;
- Proven experience as an HR generalist with good judgement and a professional but personable approach;
- Previous experience in the disability sector and in not-for-profit is preferable;
- Sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act, other HR legislation, regulations, and industrial instruments;
- Understanding of systems, specifically HRIS, payroll, LMS;
- Experience with providing workforce analytics and reports.
- High levels of computer literacy in using a range of computer packages including, Word and Excel, Share Point, Survey Monkey;
- Exceptional communication skills and high attention to detail;
- NDIS Workers Clearance and National Police check are required for this role.
