**Your new role**

The primary purpose of the role is to assist the internal audit team in providing independent, objective, and insightful assurance on the effectiveness of the company’s governance, risk management, and control processes. You'll also be expected to support the Internal Audit team to be data-driven, highly customer-centric, and fully embrace Enterprise Agile.
You’ll also be responsible for:

- Providing advice and following up the implementation of agreed improvement actions.
- Maintaining effective, constructive and professional relationships with Senior Management.
- Conducting audits, and assisting in writing any reports or papers, as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience, preferably in Internal Audit with proven ability to lead IT audits.
- Sound understanding of the financial services industry, relevant regulators, and current and proposed financial services regulatory requirements.
- Comprehensive knowledge of internal / external audit methodologies, with demonstrated ability in adding value in providing these services
- Experience in the Life Insurance industry will be highly valued.
