**About the role**
We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As an Iteration Lead, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of deliverables within the Cloud and Infrastructure team.

Day to day, you'll:

- Organise and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other elements of Australian Retirement Trust’s agile development practices
- Facilitate the delivery process by ensuring that the team maintains focus on the accomplishment of their objectives and deliverables
- Play an active role working with a wide variety of stakeholders in ensuring defined quality outcomes within agreed timeframes
- Manage the Service Now queue for BAU tickets coming into the team
- Attend Vulnerability meetings, ensuring the team are aware of and resolving as part of sprint planning
- Coach and mentor team members on the delivery methodologies throughout the software development life cycle
- Work with team members, Managers and stakeholders, to identify and manage cross-organisational dependencies and removing any impediments from the team while promoting self-management and individual accountability
- Provide input to dependent projects and project managers in support of their normal management process, including status reporting and risk and issue management.

- Demonstrated experience managing schedules, timelines and agile teams to ensure that deliverables are delivered on time, within budget and meeting quality standards
- Demonstrated experience in JIRA
- Strong listening, negotiating and influencing skills
- Proven knowledge of contemporary system testing methodologies, strategies, practices and procedures
- Understanding of User Stories as a requirements gathering approach
- Proven ability to effectively plan, prioritise and manage multiple and competing activities to deliver IT services to meet business expectations
- Demonstrable knowledge of one or more Software Development Lifecycles (SAFe, SCRUM, Agile, Lean, Prince 2 Methodologies)
- Hands on experience using Agile processes, tools and technologies to deliver software products
- Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively with various stakeholders and all levels of management
- Ability to lead, coach, motivate and mentor team members in good agile practices.
