**About the role**

To support our success we are looking for an **Iteration Lead** to join the Technology Delivery, Member Solutions team based in **Brisbane.**

As Iteration Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of squad deliverables within an Agile development team.

You will coordinate work requirements and interactions from business analysts across multiple business units and projects, while facilitating daily development team activities.

You will be pivotal in the delivery lifecycle by providing reports, leading sprint activities, and addressing roadblocks. You will also provide mentoring and leadership to team members on Agile Practices and Rituals.

This role is available as a **full-time, permanent** opportunity.

We are **flexible** with location provided you can attend our Brisbane office at least once a week.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

- Demonstrated experience managing schedules, timelines and agile teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong listening, negotiating and influencing skills.
- Proven knowledge of contemporary system testing methodologies, strategies, practices and procedures.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to effectively plan, prioritise and manage multiple and competing activities
