Iteration Manager/scrum Master 6 Month Contract

Initial 6+ month contract paying approx. $826/day
- Brisbane CBD location with 2 days WFH flexibility per week

Our client, a large complex healthcare organisation, are currently seeking an Iteration Manager who will be responsible for cross-functional day to day delivery of prioritized digital and transformation project. This role will use specific Agile Methodology discipline & technical knowledge in delivery multiple technologies in an iterative way and drive outcomes for their Customer Portal Project.

The Iteration Manager will be providing effective collaboration, continuous stakeholder engagement, facilitation, leadership and coaching skills to support the delivery squads.

**Activities inlcude**:

- Manage delivery through coordination between cross functional team
- Manage delivery squad and Agile ceremonies for the squad
- Manage design, development, unit testing, and deployment of softwares including enhancements and/or resolution of any issues that may be reported.
- Manage concepts through POC and support the productionisation of the POC
- Lead, Manage the Implementation and unit testing of Integration Services
- Regularly report risks, issues, dependencies to Program Manager and Program Director
- Engage with key technical groups, and external parties, to analyse, understand and document their business, functional and data requirements in order to deliver strategic information systems projects for the University
- Organising and facilitating planning for internal team as well as external parties jointly, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, demonstrations and other required meetings.
- Ensuring the team is practicing the core delivery principles of collaboration, prioritisation, team accountability and visibility.
- Any other responsibilities in line with the level of the role as directed by the Program Manager, Program Director

**Essential Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience in Iteration Manager roles implementing Softwares, Applications, Integration platforms and data migrations
- Experience in Agile Project Methodologies
- Experience in Procurement (POC to production ready systems)
- Exposure with Cyber Security

**Desirable Requirements**
- 4 to 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Application Integration and/or Data Integration (ETL) knowledge
