We are currently seeking a **Warehouse Assistant **to join our operations team.

Working Monday to Friday, 8am to 1pm.

**Responsibilities/duties of the role**:

- Load and unload vehicles, ensuring safe storage.
- Assist in workshop as required.
- Basic equipment repairs.
- Maintaining soak tanks & pressure cleaning of filters.
- General housekeeping tasks: ensuring that the warehouse & workshop are tidy, safe, and efficient.
- Other general warehouse duties.

**Day to Day**:

- Optimising space utilisation & monitoring project laydown areas
- Receive and process inbound equipment & materials
- Loading & unloading company issued items

**Essential criteria**:

- Excellent communication skills with a self-motivated and positive can do attitude
- Able to work independently and within a high performing team environment
- Previous experience in workshop environment will be highly regarded
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Current Drivers licence
- Ability to follow all safety procedures
- Experience with operation of material handling equipment.
- Experience in warehousing and inventory systems to track and maintain stock levels
- Must have the right to work in Australia

**Desirable criteria**:

- Technical ability to effect basic repairs to mechanical & electrical equipment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
