**Australand Agriculture Pty Ltd** is an established **Quality Agricultural Products** retailer based in Wangara Western Australia, in the business of - fertilisers, irrigation products, equipment and crop protection products that help serve and help our local farmers grow.

We are seeking a highly motivated Area Sales Manager to help capture our growing demand. This person we seek will need to be a highly motivated and experienced individual to be responsible for managing and developing a customer base in the assigned area to achieve sales and profitability targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Warehouse Operations (Primary Focus)**:

- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
- Load and unload deliveries including containers, trucks, and utes
- Maintain warehouse stock levels and perform regular inventory checks
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
- Update and manage chemical manifests; remain familiar with SDS documentation
- Deliver products to customers when needed, ensuring safe and timely transport
- Operate forklifts and follow all safety protocols (valid license required)

**Administrative Support (Secondary Focus)**:

- Prepare invoices, delivery documents, and packaging lists
- Enter data accurately into internal systems and maintain records
- Assist with import documentation, order processing, and sales administration
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing and reporting

**Desirable Criteria**
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- High level of reliability, enthusiasm, and initiative
- Effective communication skills - both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid manual driver’s license and forklift license (mandatory)
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
