**Position overview**:
Are you interested in helping people in the world-leading industrial coating resin producer? We are looking for a part time Occupational Health Coordinator based at our Wacol site, who can actively support and contribute to the well-being and health of staff and provide effective occupational health service to all allnex sites in Australia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide advice around occupational health for new installations and the introduction of new products and implement all allnex Occupational Health standards.
- Support Safety Health and Environment Team in PPE Program and IH monitoring and exposure monitoring.
- Develop injury management plans for all sites and provide effective case management for injured employees to facilitate early return to work.
- Management of Pre-employment and annual health assessments in line with legislative and other special requirements for all employees and maintain medical registers in accordance with legislation.
- Provide assistance in the event of illness (administering medication or referral), accident (first aid or call for ambulance) or emergencies (first aid and calls for specialized intervention team and care providers) in accordance with procedures.
- Implementing various prevention actions, awareness campaigns, training courses (first aid, ergonomics, alcohol policy) to promote safe work practices.
- Other ad hoc projects as directed by Manager.

**Required skills and experience**:

- Experience in Occupational Health and Safety Management.
- Experience as Work Cover RTW Coordinator and Trainer.
- Good Case Management experience.
- Good report writing capability and communication.
- Contribute to good cooperation within the team and have a collegial attitude towards achieving common goals.
- Work proactively and with a sense of responsibility.
- Provide training and presentations.

**Qualifications**:

- Registered Nurse (Bachelor of Applied Science) or equivalent.
