- Accounts receivable and payable
- Recording files
- Matching charge rate to profiles
- Notify the accountant of overdue payments
- Maintaining Excel files
- Maintaining file storage
- Liaising with tenants regarding payments

**What you'll need to succeed**
- High level of organisation
- Accounts receivable and payable knowledge
- Switched on
- Good Excel skills
