**About the role**
We are looking for a Enrolment and Accounts Clerk to join the prestigious team in Adelaide, You will be responsible for responding to course enquiries, entering enrolment data and processing enrolments for new students along with providing accounts support. This is a pivotal role and will suit someone with prior experience in a similar field and industry.

**Duties**
- Enrolling students as per organisational processes.
- Support our Finance Administration
- Invoicing in Xero
- Payment Chase Up
- Data Entry in Prisms (preferred)
- Data Entry in Student Management System
- Ad-hoc duties as required.

**Skills and experience**
- Prior experience in the **Vocational Education**:

- Must have Account administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of Xero is required.
- Excellent computer skills
- Possess excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
