**_ The role:_**
- The Professional Services Manager is a customer interfacing role which proactively manages the customer relationships and meet their needs by providing fully integrated financial service solutions through the most cost effective and appropriate channels. Critical to the success of this role is the ability of the Manager to develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to grow their portfolio of new customers. _
- Reporting to the Region Manager Professional Services, the role is part of a newly created specialised team providing financial advisory services, fully integrated financial solutions, and risk management for customers with Business Lending and Business Deposits._
- The Professional Services team specialise in a variety of customer segments which include:_
- _Accounting Firms_
- _Real Estate Agencies_
- _Financial Planning Firms _
- _Legal Firms_

**_Your opportunity _**
- _Develop and manage a portfolio of key business banking customers and referral partners_
- _Provide analysis of economic value and risk potential of new business_
- _Educate and guide customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth_
- _Proactively engage with a network of contacts to help uncover new business and referral opportunities_
- _Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition across your local market_
- _Work alongside customers on their proposed annual business plans_
- _Prepare and submit customer lending proposals_
- _Partner with the greater team across ad hoc tasks and initiatives _

**_What you'll bring:_**
- _A strong passion and proactivity towards spending time with our customers and understanding their individual financial needs _
- _A willingness to engage potential referral networks to grow and develop new business opportunities _
- _Experience within Sales and business lending _
- _5+ years in Banking and finance _
- _Significant product exposure to sales, credit assessment, lending, and transactional banking products _
- _Excellent rapport building and customer service skills _
