**The opportunity**:
The **Specialist - People Experience** plays a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance and operational support on all people-related matters to leaders across **Kinetic.** This position involves partnering with leaders to enhance the overall **people experience, driving strategic people planning,** and **contributing to transformational initiatives **aligned with the company's mission and values.

**You will**:

- Partner with leaders to cultivate an exceptional people experience for all team members.
- Assist leaders in strategic people planning and forecasting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for leaders and team members on people-related issues within assigned businesses.
- Coach business leaders and managers on best practices in people management, including policies, programs, and tactics.
- Contribute to the development of the annual P&C strategic plan.
- Implement HR-related programs, such as rewards and recognition and employee development initiatives.
- Evaluate the impact of proposed changes and initiatives on employees and manage change effectively to minimise disruption.

**The boxes you'll tick**:

- Significant human resources experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Previous experience in a HR Business Partner, Generalist, or related high-level specialist role.
- Strong consultation skills with experience influencing and interacting with executives.
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management practices and employment-related legislation.
- Demonstrated HR experience in a multi-business unit environment.
- Proficiency in coaching, mediating, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and exercise professional judgment.
