**Base Salary**: $65,000-$80,000 + Commission (OTE $100k+)

**The Role**:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our small, friendly team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through our extensive product range and helping them find the perfect flooring solution for their needs. You’ll manage the sales process from initial enquiry to aftercare, building lasting relationships and delivering a seamless customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers in the showroom and respond to online/phone enquiries
- Provide expert advice on products, installation options, and warranties
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, ensuring a prompt response
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, maximising commission opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support showroom displays
- Collaborate with the installation and admin teams to ensure smooth project delivery

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, interiors, or building products (flooring experience a plus, but not essential)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Proactive approach and a genuine passion for helping customers
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology/CRMs
- Willingness to work some Saturdays (with time off in lieu)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
