Lime Operations Specialist

We are looking for **Van Drivers**to join the Lime team as **Operations Specialists**You will get to work as part of a supportive team, **distributing Lime’s share e-Bikes and e-Scooters to key locations across Gold Coast**

Starting from our warehouse, you will navigate to locations, swapping old batteries for charged ones and ensuring the Lime fleet is relocated and parked in a compliant manner around the city. When a vehicle needs servicing, you will retrieve it and bring it back to base.

You will start and finish every shift at our warehouse in **Molendinar**, where you’ll be supplied with a van, equipment and technology (phone) to undertake your tasks.

**Example responsibilities and tasks**:

- Utilise Lime’s operations app to undertake tasks and submit reports
- Follow directions to map locations and undertake tasks as required
- Perform in field swaps of e-bike batteries that are low on charge
- Communicate with and respond quickly to live requests, including through app use.
- Move share bikes to different locations
- Retrieve sharebikes from undesirable locations

**Possible shift schedules**:
Morning: 6am - 2pm

We are currently offering Casual positions, under the Vehicle Repair, Service and Retail Award [MA000089] Level 2.

**Pay rates are**:

- Monday to Friday: $31.19 per hour during the day
- Increased rates for weekend work

**Requirements**:

- 21+ years of age (requirement for van insurance)
- Valid full driver's licence - comfort with driving and parking larger vans safely
- Fit and active - able to lift 30kgs frequently across a full 8 hour shift
- Familiarity with using smartphones / technology (iOS/iPhone experience preferred)
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions (safety permitting)
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and interactions with the public
- Great attitude and collaboration skills - teamwork is key to success
