We are looking to hire a Casual Receptionist to **work mainly across our branches located in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and Dandenong**. At Marina Radiology we have a professional, supportive and friendly team, dedicated to providing care to patients.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

The main responsibilities of the successful applicant will be:

- Creating a great first impression when greeting patients/referring doctors/other industry associates both face to face and over the telephone
- Answering/transferring incoming calls
- Booking appointments
- Entering patients and referrer details accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensuring work flow is conducted in a correct and timely manner
- Opening/closing branch

The role may require you to work a rotating roster.

**Salary**: $24.47 - $26.91 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

All Marina Radiology employees must be triple vaccinated unless a valid medical exemption applies.
All relevant Personal Protective Equipment shall be provided.

**Experience**:

- Medical receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
