We need industry stirrer-uppers

You know: non-conformers. Those who are compelled to do something different. Who care enough about the customer to ask the big questions no one else will. Who want to know what if. What if we tweaked this, or toggled that. You zig when everyone else zags, disagree without being disagreeable, and love the rush of starting something new.

Specifically, a Proposition Manager not boxed in by job title

The Proposition Manager role will define key proposition experiences that allow AMP Bank GO to create differentiation for target customer segments, to create customer growth, usage and advocacy. You will develop deep customer insights per target segment to understand market dynamics and trends, and create thought leadership in proposition design that enables differentiation in market that aligns to the AMP Bank GO positioning and CVP.

What matters

  • Demonstrated experience in a proposition or segment role, with evidence of defining, building and running a customer centric proposition
  • Experience in a challenger brand strongly preferred
  • Strong experience in defining and managing third party relationships to achieve a range of customer, financial and team objectives
  • Experience in a banking or similarly regulated financial services industry
    Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, with strong focus on cross functional leadership and agile ways of working

A lot of it will be trial and error and making mistakes, so you need to be comfortable with things not always going to plan. We are.

And we're 110% in this together. So, you won't go it alone, but you will be called to muck in and play your part. This is no place to hide. We want your ideas to be heard and celebrated. It's about moving fast, working together and being transparent in everything we do.
